Welcome to TINY ACRES PUPS! Tiny Acres is located in Simms TX, 30 miles west of Texarkana TX. Our puppies are bred for temperament and quality. We specialize in small companion pets which are well socialized and handled daily after birth. Tiny Acres offers healthy happy puppies with one year-limited guarantee. Puppies come with first set of shots and with ACA full registration. We have Boston Terrier and Yorkshire Terrier. We also have some unregistered puppies such as Yorkie-Poos, Snorkies, and Schnoodles. All have tails docked and dewclaws removed. Our Vet. will check the puppy and you’ll get a copy of the Vet. check. You have 48 hours after receiving your pet to take it to a state-licensed vet. A $200.00 nonrefundable deposit will hold your puppy for you, with the balance due when the puppy is 6 weeks old so that we can start making arrangements for delivery. This is a small country kennel, but we’re happy to answer your questions, starting with your first inquiries about the possibility of owning a new puppy from Tiny Acres Pups.
